Login to your Freshdesk site and navigate to the 'Profile Settings' from the top right avatar menu.

Copy the API Key found on the right sidebar:

Paste this value back into Boomtown.
Enter also your freshdesk.com subdomain and select your integration prefrences before saving.
You're all done!
